\nThis wine has a very deep ruby red color in the glass. On the nose, dark red fruits, black plums, blueberries and blackberries compete with savory spices of clove, tobacco leaf and peppercorns. There’s a touch of new French oak present as well that adds a level of sophistication to this wine. On the pallet, loads of sweet red fruits dominate here as well, followed by the same spice and earthiness found in the aroma of the wine. This wine finishes soft on the palate with enough acidity to keep it fresh but more on the velvety side.
